Keeping you informed:

We will let you know the minute we have delivered the goods and who signed for them. A Proof of Delivery will be e-mailed to you immediately.

Confidentiality:

We understand that Confidentiality is an important part of the Courier's responsibilities so we will never discuss your deliveries with anyone but you.

We believe that by representing you we should always be smart, friendly, helpful and courteous as we want to create the right impression.

Going the extra mile:

We want our customers to have a pleasant experience working with Courier Excel so we will always try to accommodate whenever possible.

We will help unload at the destination, even if that means carrying boxes upstairs!

Insured:

Finally we are fully insured (up to £15,000 for Goods in Transit and up to £1m for Public Liability) so in the event of something unforeseen happening you will have peace of mind that you will be covered.
